Unnecessary Extra Information

About Nuni

NuniI run an accessory line, a coffee business, and a design and print studio. I can be seen making jewelry, roasting and packing beans, or designing and producing prints. When I’m not working on my businesses, I blog. I can also be found trying to be artsy with paper and pencil, or Photoshop. I read a lot of stuff, from Oscar Wilde to Takahashi Rumiko. I used to write songs and pretentious poetry. These days my writing is limited to blog entries and CSS codes.

I love everything that has to do with coffee and tea. I love serving coffee and tea, and I really like coming up with new blends and new concoctions, and coming up with packaging ideas. While I am a coffee gourmet of sorts, I’m not too hard to please with a cup of coffee. All I ask is that fresh beans are used and they’re ground and roasted properly. I take my coffee warm, au lait with sugar. As for tea, I take most teas with milk and honey.

I do enjoy good eats. I have an insanely sweet tooth, and I eat pretty much anything edible. Except oranges, but that’s changing fast.

From time to time, I crochet amigurumi. Most of the stuff I make are for my niece and my nephews, but I do sell some of my creations. I make all sorts of amigurumi, from miniature food to little characters. I’m quite new at crochet, though, but I really like doing it. It’s therapeutic, and way cheaper than hiring a shrink or enrolling in anger management classes.

Oh, and I’m married to the sweetest man ever.

About Ni!

Ni! is my thought repository. This blog will have entries about my coffee business, my design and print studio, other projects, and pretty much anything about the view from below five feet off the ground. Entries are generally work-safe, except for the occasional use of vulgar language. As for entries with not-quite-safe-for-work content, fair warning will be given to the reader. In any case, I will not be responsible for anyone’s derriere getting smoked for reading this blog.

If you haven’t noticed already, this blog is powered by WordPress. I made the theme by myself with a Macbook, using TextEdit, Adobe Photoshop CS3, basic CSS knowledge, and noob PHP skills. This blog is hosted by Vernard, the love of my life.
