I’ve been getting great feedback on my amigurumi cupcakes.
In other news, I’m so addicted to Eyeshield 21, it’s not funny. While waiting for the latest chapter, I’m watching the anime. While waiting for the damn episodes to load, I’m reading Eyeshield 21 doujinshi. And I don’t mind the yaoi-ness at all.
It’s the same with the rest of the manga I’m currently reading, except that I’m not really on a hunt for doujinshi. Aside from Eyeshield 21, I’m also hooked on Naruto, Kekkaishi, Hajime no Ippo, Fullmetal Alchemist, History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi, Saiyuki Reload, Saiyuki Gaiden, and Fairy Tail. I’m into shounen manga like ladies are into soaps. Each one of these made me cry at least once. Hakkai from Saiyuki and Grey from Fairy Tail make me squeal. Out loud.
Leave it to me to be obsessed with ongoing manga. Ya-ha.
Pancit Platoon is a subsidiary of sorts of Pretty Oddity. We’ll be featuring designs by my sister, Andrea, Angelthorn, and yours truly. We’ll be printing our designs on shirts, bags, bag tags, and journals. We’ve been planning our sooper sekrit operation for about a year now, and we’ve finally managed to print some shirts!
These are the ones that have been printed and approved. They’re not actual photos, if you haven’t noticed yet. It’s too dark at the moment to take photos, and converting my room into a print shop left me barely enough space for my size 6 feet. But I’m really excited with how things are going.
Still coming up with more designs and getting along more with Illustrator in the process. Look Mom, I can vector!
I did say I should crochet more. Here you go – a new project by yours truly and my wonderful sister. Right now we’ve got amigurumi, more amigurumi, lace parasols, and cute hosiery. Still working on adding more stuff, but right now we’re happy with what we have.
