I should crochet again.

Yes, I made those. I’ve made more amigurumi, but the cupcakes are the only ones I actually got to take pictures of. As for what I do with my amigurumi, I just make them, really. I have yet to decide whether or not I should turn them into accessories. Right now all I get from my amigurumi is the therapy/stress detoxification during their construction.

I’ll be presenting my thesis to evil professors soon, so I need all the therapy I could get. More reason to crochet. Yes.

My sister recently purchased a Lomo camera. Not sure what model it is, but it takes really pretty pictures. The overall mood of Lomo photos reminds me of my childhood and how the combination of sunlight and my hometown’s overall creepiness made everything look like a dream. But you can count on my weird vision to see things that way.

Mom and Red in our parents’ living room. Of course, you don’t really need to use a Lomo to make Red look dreamy. The boy is already gorgeous as he is, but anyways, I love this shot.

Moi. I so love how this turned out.

My sister and I are planning to use this as a cover for a mix CD (because we’re too broke for an iPod). We’re gonna call it The Virgin Homicides.

There definitely will be Lomo photographs of my brother’s beach wedding (which is two days from now. Also worth noting that two days from now as well is his birthday. Woot!). He’s FINALLY marrying his girlfriend of seven years. We’ll be documenting the wedding with my sister’s Lomo camera and my trusty Lumix.

In other news, I suck at singing in German, but damn, it’s so much fun.
